This title has nothing to do with this post, but it IS an alliteration.
Today’s run = great! 5 miles with 2x[2:00, 3:00, 4:00] accelerated intervals. They make runs fly by! My interval pace was about 8:30! The rest of my run was at around 10:15 pace — ROCK!
Breakfast = Shakeology.
Yes. ‘Twas I who left the refrigerator door wide open. My bad, Earth.
Nananananananana FIRST SNACK! Banana and peanut butter. Always an amazing combination.
Nananananananana LUNCH! Yes, I warned you. Left over Orzo Bake! I put it on top of 3 handfulls of spinach, some tomatoes, and balsamic and olive oil. IIIIIIII Die! It was seriously amazing. Who eats such great food for lunch? THIS GIRL!
My mom used to make this for me when I was little — I’m almost positive. And I remember really liking the wheat germ. I still do. Cottage cheese with wheat germ on top!
Dinner. Possibly the lamest dinner ever. Leftover sushi plus I had a little orzo.
