Yes, I made amazing pizza tonight. But I’ll talk about that later.
Breakfast was bran flakes — eaten at 10am! YES!
For the rest of the day I was basically a garbage disposal. I ate leftover lemon pasta, leftover turkey quesadilla, and about 5 york peppermint patties. But the good news is, there are no leftovers left to go bad 🙂
Dinner was epic. I made “Green Pizza”. Here’s how you do it:
You make the pizza crust. I used Bob’s Red Mill whole wheat crust. “The Crust You Can Trust”.
Then you press out the pizza crust and bake it for a few minutes.
Then you wilt up some spinach and some broccoli, put it on the top with some pesto and moz and cook it for another 8 minutes at 425. Glorious!
Then I put it on a plate.
Tomorrow I head into school to make sure my weekend is totally free!
