Seriously, it was not good. But I’ll talk about dinner in a minute.
I really should focus on the positive: BREAKFAST! My parents left cornbread at our house and there is so much of it that we will surely never get through it all before it goes bad — but that won’t stop me from trying! I had strawberry cornbread with honey this morning. ‘Twas amazing!
First snack was carrots and tomatoes — I only ate about 3 of each because I was busy times ten!
My lunch was leftover green pizza with pesto, spinach, and broccoli.
After school I ate some bites of a pear. It was crazy juicy and delicious, but I wasn’t that hungry, so I didn’t eat the whole thing.
Then I went home and ran! Woohoo! It was my first day back after the half marathon. I was super tight! So after my 3 miles I stretched out with Dashama. I totally love her!
This was my hamstring routine. They feel much, MUCH better.
Then I ate a banana because I was starving. I think I’m so hungry because I’m tired. Ugh, I just feel off . I’ll get back though. PLUS — I’m waking up at 5:30 instead of 5am, a little “happy spring” gift I gave myself. But somehow I’m more tired than when I wake up at 5am.
Anyway, here’s the banana.
But even then I was hungry, and tired, all at the same time. so I ate a bunch of this while tonight’s dinner was marinating.
Then we had dinner. The chicken was good and the “pesto” was okay, the asparagus was unremarkable, and the rice smelled like poo — literally. I barely ate any of it — I should be okay though, what with all the Chex Mix and bananas.
I made sure the picture I took of it sucked because I hated it so much.
BUT tomorrow will be a good day! Seriously. Good.
