Roasted veggies are delicious. Especially when you dip the broc in bbq sauce. We had roasted asparagus, red peppers, yam, and broccoli. We also had some delish rice! All you need is 20 minutes at 400 to make some incredibly yummy veg that tastes completely different than steamed veggies! You’re gonna love it.
